I am a licensed Virginia real estate agent and a Realtor® with the highly successful brokerage Linton Hall, Realtors®.

My specialty is serving buyers and sellers of homes in Active Adult ("55+") Communities in Virginia. I have an SRES® designation (Seniors Real Estate Specialist).

I believe what sets me apart is "product knowledge."

My goal, simply, is to know more about the Active Adult Community market in Virginia than any other Realtor®.

I have personally visited every Active Adult Community featured on this website, including building sites without a single house yet built. I have met with sales representatives of every community that has them in place. I know the characteristics, home styles, models and price range of every major Active Adult Community in Virginia.

There may be agents who know more about a specific community. I don't believe there is any agent who knows more about Active Adult Communities in Virginia.

Before entering real estate, I had 20+ years experience as an Operations Manager in professional services firms. Providing administrative services to exceed the expectations of clients, Vice Presidents and Principals develops a laser-focus on quality service. This high level of service is what I bring to my real estate practice.
