My husband and I moved to Virginia in June, 2007. When we decided to build she was right there with sound advice and recommendations. She was also invaluable during the pre construction and post construction walk though, and during the closing process. With so many areas to chose from and not being familiar with the area, I do not know how I would have found the right house in the perfect location without her.

I cannot recommend Peggy too strongly to anyone who is looking to buy a home. While we do not plan on moving anymore, if the need were to arise, we would certainly not hesitate to call on her again.
