moved to Virginia in June, 2007. I told a friend in
the area, who is a realtor, that I was going to be
working in the Ashburn, Virginia area and that I was
looking to buy in an over 55 community. She

looking for. It was very close to my work, shopping
and medical facilities. When we decided to build she
was right there with sound advice and

pre construction and post construction walk though,
and during the closing process. With so many areas
to chose from and not being familiar with the area,
I do not know how I would have found the right house
in the perfect location without her.

is looking to buy a home. While we do not plan on
moving anymore, if the need were to arise, we would
